WorldFood Moscow & Covid-19

WorldFood Moscow will take place from 20.09.2022 to 23.09.2022. Organisers have announced that the fair meets the Covid-19 requirements of the Moscow authorities. The exhibition grounds at the Crocus Expo will follow strict health and safety protocols. These will include testing on-site and thorough disinfection sessions. Attendees should be aware of the following travel limitations. All visitors to the Russian Federation must have a negative PCR test in Russian or English. The test must be completed no later than two days before arriving in Russia. Upon arrival, the test must be submitted in digital or paper form.  

Introduction 

WorldFood Moscow is the one-stop shop for the food and beverage industry in Russia. It’s been a powerful procurement platform since its first edition in 1992. The international trade fair is now the largest autumn food exhibition in the entire Russia. Logistics 

WorldFood Moscow arrives at Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre in Moscow, Russia every single year in September.  The international trade fair is part of a large portfolio of related events taking place at the same time – TABACEX, WORLD SWEETS, WORLD Seafood, World Drinks and World Wine Russia. Editions are organised by Hyve Group PLC and last for a total of four days. Admission is given only to trade visitors. Working hours are from 10:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the afternoon. The only exception is the closing day, which wraps up two hours early at 16:00 in the afternoon. Now on to commuting. Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre has sufficient parking space and is accessed via MKAD Ring Road and Volokolamskoye Shosse. If you’re not going with personal transportation, then you’re best served by the Moscow metro system. The exhibition grounds are serviced by the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line and Myakinino Metro station is exactly by the Exhibition Centre pavilions

Edition 2021

 Between 21.09.2021 and 24.09.2021, WorldFood Moscow 2021 took place. At the Crocus Expo, a live exposition was held with rigorous Covid-19 safety measures in place. One of the safety protocols employed at the location was the mandatory wearing of masks. The 2021 edition included 16.430 visitors and 662 exhibiting companies. The participants represented 75 nations from Asia, Africa, Europe and the two Americas. The attending countries included China, Italy, Germany, and France. They also featured nations such as the UAE, the USA, the Netherlands, and the UK.
