Editions are held every three years in Munich, Germany, and Messe München GmbH serves as an official organiser and venue. Proceedings span four days, and visitors can enter from 09:00 am until 6:00 pm. The only exception is the last day, which concludes at 4:00 pm.

Ceramitec 2022
Ceramitec, Analytica, and Automatica created an unusual yet synergistic triad in 2022. They were held in Messe Munich from June 21st to June 24th, 2022. Analytica 2022 was a hybrid event. Ceramitec and Automatica 2022 were live trade exhibitions. Each of the concurrent trade exhibitions attracted a considerable number of participants. Ceramitec 2022, for example, included 356 exhibitors from thirty-four countries. Sixty-three per cent of them arrived from a foreign nation. They displayed their wares before 10,000 visitors from eighty-four countries. A foreign country was represented by 58 per cent of the trade visitors.
Ceramitec 2024
Ceramitec and Analytica's 2024 editions took place as live trade fairs. The events were held in Messe Munich and featured on an event space of more than 33,000 m2 over 470 exhibitors from 37 countries. 65% of the exhibiting group were from a foreign country. Additionally, they represented a 37% increase in exhibitor attendance.
