During covid-19, Trade Fair Trips managed to find a way to solve all our reservations very quickly. We really liked the solutions presented.
My colleagues stayed at Scandic Oslo City for the Nor-Shipping 2019 and everything went as planned.

How are you? I have talking to our CEO, they told me that is very well located and the breakfast is pretty good for being a 2 stars hotel.
Well it seems the hotel is arranged by an old lady very friendly and She did not find the reservations at the begging but finally she found them.
Concerning the payment the guest did not pay anything at the check-out.

Regarding the booking of the hotel all the informations and all the changes were correctly passed from Trade Fair Trips to Ibis hotel and for that reason we had zero problems during check-in and check-out moments.
