Editions are spaced out every two years during even years, and the location is Nuremberg, Germany. Proceedings run the course of three days and NürnbergMesse GmbH is both the official organiser and the venue for the trade fair. Opening hours start at 09:00 am and conclude at 18:00 pm.

Chillventa 2022
The 2022 edition of Chillventa, held between October 11th and October 13th, heralded the trade fair's successful return to face-to-face event editions. It included 844 exhibitors from 43 nations and over 30,000 attendees, with more than 56% travelling from foreign countries. Approximately 81% of the visitors were decision-makers.
Chillventa 2024
The 2024 edition of Chillventa occurred as a live trade fair in Messe Nuremberg between the dates of 08.10.2024 and 10.10.2024. It was attended by 1,010 exhibitors from 49 countries and approximately 32,800 visitors. Of the visitors' group, over 80% were decision-makers, approximately 57% were from abroad, 90% were pleased with the showcased offers, and more than 95% stated they would attend the next edition. Similarly, the exhibitor group featured around 95% being pleased with their attendance, the same percentage also establishing new business connections, and 94% stating that they would participate in the next Chillventa.
