1. Disclaimer
1.1. The information on this site is posted in good faith and updated regularly, but Trade Fair Trips Ltd cannot be held responsible for its completeness and accuracy. Trade Fair Trips Ltd can update, change or delete any information on this website without prior notice. Trade Fair Trips Ltd does not guarantee that this website will be uninterrupted, error free or any material accessible from this site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
1.2. Trade Fair Trips Ltd cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the hotel/apartment description given in the website and the reality as the hotel descriptions have been described exactly as given to Trade Fair Trips Ltd by the hotels’/apartments’ management, staff or the official hotel/apartment website. In particular, Trade Fair Trips Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy thereof and disclaims liability for inaccuracies relating to hotel and other supplier photographs, hotel property, cruise, automobile and other product descriptions and lists of hotel amenities and other product descriptions displayed on this website, much of which information is provided by the respective suppliers.
1.3. Trade Fair Trips Ltd has absolutely no legal, commercial or organizational connection with the fair organizers.
1.4. Trade Fair Trips Ltd does not operate on behalf of or with the endorsement of any of the event organizers mentioned on this website. The names of the shows published on this website may be registered trademarks to which Trade Fair Trips Ltd has no claims whatsover.
1.5. If you make a booking with Trade Fair Trips Ltd then the booking terms apply to your contract with Trade Fair Trips Ltd. In the event of any inconsistency between the booking terms and the site terms, the booking terms prevail.
2. Making a Hotel Reservation
2.1. Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Trade Fair Trips Ltd shall come into existence until Trade Fair Trips Ltd:
a) issues you an official invoice;
b) issues you a booking confirmation by email, fax or post
c) receives payment either deposit or in full.
2.2. When the payment has been confirmed and received, an email confirmation will be sent as a confirmation.
2.3. Should Trade Fair Trips Ltd be unable to confirm the initially requested accommodation - an alternative may be offered and an email will be sent to advise you of the details. The reservation will be held for 48 hours in order for you to signify acceptance by return mail.
3. Unavailability and Relocations
In the event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable, we will make sure to offer an alternative hotel at the best terms possible at that stage. If no such alternative is available we shall refund the cost of your original booking with Trade Fair Trips Ltd. We will also endeavour to contact you in advance and advise of this unavailability. However, where it is not possible to contact you in advance we shall ensure that the relevant hotel looks after any change of accommodation as quickly and efficiently as possible. In any of the above cases, Trade Fair Trips Ltd is not subject to any claims from the client's side and cannot be held liable for any additional expenses that the client may incur as a result of a confirmed hotel becoming unavailable.
4. Rates and Price Variations
Trade Fair Trips Ltd reserves the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and are valid only for the dates indicated and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
5. Payment
Full payment for your reservation should be made before the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by Trade Fair Trips Ltd unless otherwise agreed. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and Trade Fair Trips Ltd will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking. The accommodation provider reserves the right to request full payment in advance if your stay is falling within a busy period (trade show, exhibition or conference taking place) and such reservation is not refundable.
6. Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Trade Fair Trips Ltd. Cancellation charges will apply in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay at each place of accommodation within a booking. Any changes or modifications to a booking will be treated as cancellations and will incur cancellation charges. The only exception to this will be where additional rooms/beds/cots/nights are added to existing confirmed accommodation or nights.
6.1. Standard Terms
Any amendment or cancellation made will incur a 20.00 GBP charge per booking where no special conditions apply.
Any cancellation made 1 month prior to arrival will incur a first night stay charge per room.
Cancellations made between 1 month and 14 days prior to your stay will incur 30 % charges.
Cancellations made less than fourteen days prior to arrival date will incur 50 % charges.
6.2. Special Conditions
For bookings made for busy periods (trade show, exhibition or conference taking place) any amendments and/or cancellations will incur 100 % charges.
6.3 Proforce Limited
The tour operator is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, which cause changes in the program of reservations or force majeure (natural disasters, military actions, mass protests, strikes, global pandemic etc.) that impede a specific trip! In all such cases the original Terms & Conditions of your reservation will apply.
7. Complaints
Any complaint regarding the hotel standard, staff and conditions must be notified to the hotel reception desk or to the relevant hotel representative during your stay at the hotel and the hotel management must be given opportunity to rectify the situation. If you fail to resolve the issue with the hotel be advised that Trade Fair Trips Ltd does not guarantee, nor takes responsibility for the standard of accommodation and the services provided by the hotel.
8. Modification Of These Terms and Conditions
Trade Fair Trips Ltd reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered and you agree to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of Trade Fair Trips Ltd website and facilities.
