The German city of Cologne has been the host for the renowned trade fair Anuga for close to 100 years. Editions are spaced out every two years and are organised by Koelnmesse GmbH, which also doubles as the event’s venue. Trade visitors are welcome from 10:00 in the morning till 06:00 in the afternoon. Exhibitors have an additional hour before doors open to set up and after the end of the day.
