HOFEX 2025
Organisers have announced the dates for HOFEX 2025 – 14.05.2025 and 16.05.2025. HOFEX 2025 will take place at the HKCEC as an in-person event. The venue will not have Covid-19 safety measures in place due to China lifting its domestic pandemic-related restrictions. Attendants should take into consideration that the country currently has travel limitations in place. They will be asked to fill out a health declaration form, as well as to have an available negative test result that is no older than 48 hours before boarding. They should also note that currently, airlines are not required to ask for the negative test result upon boarding or check-in.

HOFEX 2021
The 2021 edition of HOFEX occurred as a hybrid event divided in two separate phases. The first phase took place between September 7th and September 9th, 2021 at HKCEC as a face-to-face exhibition. The exhibition was complemented by a digital platform which also hosted the second phase. The face-to-face exhibition included strict COVID-19 prevention measures. The second phase took place between September 14th, 2021, and September 16th, 2021, as a virtual event. HOFEX 2021 received over 21000 participants and was considered a great success.
HOFEX 2023
HOFEX 2023 improved upon the success of the 2021 edition. The event, hosted as live trade show between 10.05.2023 and 12.05.2023, received over 32 000 participants. This included 30,823 visitors from 64 countries and more than 1,200 exhibitors from 16 nations.
