The trade fair has been going strong since 1993 and has become the must-see platform for innovation and procurement on the territory of Europe first and then the rest of the world.

Fruit Logistica 2025
Fruit Logistica’s 2025 edition will be held as a live exhibition between 05.02.2025 and 07.02.2025. The edition will be hosted at the Berlin ExpoCenter City. While there are no active safety procedures in place at the convention centre, participants should follow a few guidelines. These include wearing medical face masks in enclosed spaces. Participants must also practice good hand hygiene and pre-register because there will be no registration kiosks on site.

Editions of Fruit Logistica run at the start of February every single year. Messe Berlin GmbH acts as the official organiser and proceedings are held at the Berlin ExpoCenter City. The trade fair is on the shorter side, as exhibitions are open to trade visitors for three days during the work week. The exhibition grounds are open to trade visitors from 09:00 am until 18:00 pm, but the last day wraps up two hours earlier at 16:00 pm. Berlin ExpoCenter City is somewhat removed from the city centre of Berlin, but there are multiple shuttle bus services that help you with commuting. There’s a shuttle bus line from Tegel Airport, which makes it all the easier to discover. You also have bus lines that connect you to the rest of the city.

Fruit Logistica 2022 was a face-to-face trade show with rigorous Covid-19 safety precautions like social distancing in place. Over 40,000 purchasers and visitors from over 130 countries visited the Berlin ExpoCenter City for the event. There were also over 2,000 exhibitors from 87 countries at this edition.

The 2023 edition of Fruit Logistica was a live trade fair that did not include rigorous Covid-19 safety measures. This was because the country has removed its pandemic-related restrictions. The event was attended by over 2,600 exhibitors from 92 countries and around 63,500 visitors from 140 nations.

The 2024 edition of Fruit Logistica was a live trade fair that improved the exhibitor attendance rates of the event. It received 2,770 exhibitors from 94 countries and around 63,500 visitors.
