TASTE 2023
The 2023 edition of TASTE will take place between 04.02.2023 and 06.02.2023. It will be presented in the form of a live trade show at the Fortezza da Basso. The conference centre will put in place stringent Covid-19 safety precautions. Mandatory surgical masks will be among the instated measures, as will be social distancing. Attendees should be aware that, due to travel restrictions, they will be required to show 3G admittance documents upon arrival in Italy.
TASTE 2022
TASTE 2022 was a live trade fair that occurred between 26.03.2022 and 28.03.2022. The event took place at the Fortezza da Basso, surrounded by strict Covid-19 security measures. Safeguards such as the most recent admission policy and social distancing were included in the measures. Approximately 7,000 visitors and 470 exhibiting companies attended the event. France, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Austria were among the leading countries that took part in the edition.

The event was hosted between 04.02.2023 and 06.02.2023 as a live trade show without Covid-19 safety measures due to the country removing its pandemic-related limitations. It featured over 10 500 participants. This included over 10,000 visitors from more than 50 countries. The group featured over 7,000 trade members and approximately 600 foreign buyers. Additionally, 538 exhibitors attended the event.
