Koelnmesse won’t host ProSweets Cologne 2021. The confectioners’ exhibition has been moved a year ahead due to the corona virus pandemic and the next dates have been confirmed for the period January 30th – February 2nd 2022. Organisers have also announced there won’t be a fully digital matchmaking event before ProSweets Cologne 2022.
No other international exhibition offers an in-depth look into the latest technological trends, best practices and emerging ideas in the confectionary, sweets and snacks sectors quite like ProSweets. You can be a part of this celebration of good taste and high quality, where not only are you able to do a deep-dive market research, but are in a perfect position to increase your revenue stream.
The international exhibition offers a multi-faceted program, which not only presents you with the rich opportunity to broaden your professional network, but also highlights the hallmarks of innovation – all you have to do is head on over to the densely visited Future Lab.
Product launches and major announcements are regularly made in high concentration during the event. In terms of products, there’s raw materials and ingredients, finished products, packaging materials and packaging machines, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, food safety and quality management, automation and robotics.
ProSweets Cologne exists since the year 2006 – a short amount of time, and yet has become one of the biggest exhibitions in the confectionary and snacks industry. It certainly helps that it shares the stage in Cologne, Germany with ISM. Both events are organised yearly and editions last for a total of four days at the start of February.
Koelnmesse performs dual roles as the organiser and the venue, but receives help in running the exhibition through several German associations as well as the Sweets Global Network. Only professionals are admitted to the exhibition and working hours are from 09:00 am in the morning until 18:00 pm in the afternoon except for closing day, when all activities wrap up at 16:00 pm.
Commuting shouldn’t trouble you at all, if you don’t have a car. Whether you decide to go by metro or the city rail service (S6, S11, S12, S13), you’ll get there in no time.
