Paris' lead trade fair dedicated to the bakery sector
Europain is an international trade fair for Bakery and Confectionery.
The four sectors of the show are:
- BAKERY - featuring special events like The Baker’s Lab, The Baker’s Restaurant, Bakery World Cup, etc;
- INTERSUC – dedicated to pastry, chocolate, ice-cream and confectionery;
- EQUIPMENT – featuring the special event Conferences Café;
- SCHOOLS STREET – where more the 15 catering schools will present their best offers for vocational training.
New at the show’s next edition, are the four sections featuring themed animations: the Baker’s lab, the Baker’s Restaurant, the Intersuc Lab and the Conferences Café.

Sirha Europain Update
The 2024 edition of Sirha Europain will be face-to-face, and the new hosting dates are 21.01.2024 - 24.01.2024. The hosting event location is Hall 1 at the Port de Versailles in Paris, France. Attendees will not be required to follow strict Covid-19 safety measures due to the country removing the related national restrictions in the previous months. However, they will have to present upon arrival in the country 3G entry documents due to the travel limitations.
Sirha Europain Update 2022
The 2022 edition of Sirha Europain occurred between 26.03.2022 and 29.03.2022. The live trade fair was held in Paris at the Port de Versailles. Strict Covid-19 safety measures, such as the most recent entry policy, were implemented at the venue. The edition attracted 25,000 attendees, including 300 exhibitors.

The 2024 edition of Sirha Europain took place between 21.01.2024 and 24.01.2024 in Paris Port de Versailles. The live trade fair did not feature Covid-19 safety measures due to the removal of the country's pandemic-related restrictions. Approximately 560 exhibitors from around 19 countries attended the event.
