SIAL 2026
Food & Drink
Paris, France
17-21 Oct 2026
The source of inspiration for the food and beverage industry
No other international trade fair for the food and beverages industry can rival SIAL in its dedication to innovation and diversity in the baking and confectionery segments. The event has been a leader worldwide since its creation in 1986 to the point where the brand has successfully branched off to the Middle East in Abu Dhabi, China in Shanghai, Canada, and India. The reason is simple – you have the biggest players in the food sector under one roof.
Product groups include canned goods, confectionery, milk, fruit juices, spices, spirits, vegetables, meat products, food supplements and frozen foods as well as processing equipment and production equipment. That is the full processing chain from the start to the end.
Program-wise, there will be significant product and services displays and demonstrations along with stellar networking opportunities, and educational lectures and talks on the emerging trends and best practices. It is all you could ever want as an exhibitor.

What are people saying?
“Very quickly, we realised how much of a ‘sounding board’ SIAL Paris was. Not only did we have to be present, but we also had to plan our SIAL Paris in advance and - more importantly - choose our stand position,” said Yves Faure, Agro’Novae;
“From a general viewpoint, it is indisputably an excellent source of inspiration for the food sector. Another key asset is its location in Paris, which is the world capital for gastronomy and helps us to quickly and easily meet very many professionals working in export,” said Caroline Corlay, Champagne JM GOBILLARD & Fils;
“SIAL is quite simply one of the most important shows in the world dedicated to the food sector! It is a show rooted in Paris whilst also enjoying international reach thanks to the SIAL Network. It is perhaps the most important trade event for us because it attracts a lot of potential clients from the Iberian Peninsula and North Africa,” said Henry Goffaux, Managing Director of Continental Coffee;
