Speciality & Fine Food Fair follows a stable annual schedule and the event arrives usually at the beginning of September. The international trade show usually runs for a total of three days, though the upcoming 2021 edition will last only for two days. Proceedings take place at Olympia London exhibition centre in Kensington.
Fresh Montgomery functions as the organiser for the show and admission is given to only professional visitors. Doors open at 09:30 am in the morning until 17:00 pm in the afternoon on the first day and then from 10:00 am on all other subsequent days. The hosting location did not implement Covid-19 safety measures due to the removal of the country's pandemic-related restrictions. 510 exhibiting companies and 45 speakers attended the event.

Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2023 was hosted as a live trade fair between the dates of 11.09.2023 and 12.09.2023. Similar to the 2022 edition, the event site did not include Covid-19 safety measures. The event was attended by more than 490 exhibitors and 39 lecturers.
