It is because this trade fair takes lace every year in February and editions run for a total of five days. The Dubai World Trade Centre (DTWC) serves as the organiser and venue. The Gulfood Exhibition 2022 was held as a live trade show at the Dubai World Trade Center. A total of 4000 companies from 120 countries took part in the edition. The venue had stringent Covid-19 safety protocols in place to ensure the attendees' safety. The implemented safeguards included the requirement that participants wear surgical masks and present 3G entry documents. Despite its compact format, the edition was an immense success.
Gulfood Exhibition 2023
Gulfood 2023 surpassed prior attendance records. The event occurred in DWTC from 20.02.2023 to 24.02.2023, including coronavirus protections such as frequent cleaning sessions. Gulfood 2023 attracted 5 223 exhibitors from 125 countries and 134 460 visitors from 195 nations. The edition was also 30% more spacious than prior renditions, with over 150 speakers from 30 nations in attendance. Among the prominent features of the edition was a 40% increase in foreign visitor rates. Furthermore, 43% of the exhibitors confirmed their participation in the upcoming edition. Additionally, 94% of the exhibiting were returning. 91% reported an intense ROI, and 46% secured an excellent business agreement. This led to more than 12 billion USD in trade transactions, bringing the event's YOY to 1.4 million USD. Several of the sub-events earned favourable ratings as well. For example, 80% of the attendants provided Top Table with exceptional marks. Similarly, 84% of visitors stated that the Gulfood Green Awards influenced the F&B business. The event also had an immense social media presence. Users' social platforms, for example, increased by 55%. In the months preceding and during the 2023 edition of the Gulfood Exhibition, this resulted in over 160 million digital ad impressions. Gulfood 2023 was also selected by TikTok as one of their "Top Ads" at the TikTok Creative Centre.

The 2024 edition of Gulfood Exhibition was hosted in the Dubai World Trade Center between 19.02.2024 and 23.02.2024. The event was attended by over 5,500 exhibitors from more than 100 countries and more than 100,000 visitors from 190 nations. The exhibitors displayed over 100,000 new products and solutions.

Gulfood Exhibition 2025 took place as a live trade fair between 17.02.2025 and 21.02.2025 in the Dubai World Trade Center. It was attended by over 5,000 exhibitors from more than 195 countries and by approximately 100,000 visitors.
