Editions last for three days. Vincentz Network GmbH organizes them at Messe Nuremberg. Trade visitors have access to the exhibition halls from nine am to six pm. The exception is the last day, which closes at 5 pm.

The 2023 edition of the European Coatings Show took place between 28.03.2023 and 30.03.2023 in Messe Nuremberg. The venue did not feature Covid-19 safety measures due to the country removing its pandemic-related restrictions. It was attended by 24,605 visitors, 730 conference delegation members, and 1,017 exhibitors from 42 countries.
European Coatings Show 2025
The 2025 edition of European Coatings Show took place as a live trade fair between 25.03.2025 and 27.03.2025 in Messe Nuremberg. The event featured 1,216 exhibitors from 46 countries, 25,681 visitors from 121 nations, and 660 ECS conference delegates. 67% of the visiting and 70% of the exhibiting were from abroad.
