Stuttgart, Germany, sees editions of Interbad come every two years somewhere at the end of autumn – late October usually. The exhibition lasts for four days and opens its doors to business visitors as well as the public. Messe Stuttgart serves as the official host and performs the role of an organiser with conjunction with Deutsche Gesellschaft für das Badewesen (the German Society for Bathing). There no separate working times for the two types of visitors. Working hours are form 09:00 am until 18:00 pm. Messe Stuttgart gives you several options for commute – the easiest being by car thanks to its connections to the city’s motorways. The exhibition grounds are also well-connected to Stuttgart Airport. If you’re relying on public transport, there are buses and the suburban train system at your service.

As an exhibitor, there’s one question above all else on your mind – ‘will interbad be worth it for my brand.’ To that we have to give a resounding yes, since the exhibition is the hub for more than 400 exhibitors. At the same time, given how interbad is open to both professionals and the general public, attendance rates stay at over 14,000 visitors. That’s quite enough to ensure attention from all points of the sales chain. Roughly 30% of all visitors are international in origin with the biggest numbers from Russia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria. Professional breakdown of trade visitors reveals that interbad is a chief meeting point for architects, planners, and experts involved in swimming pool construction as well as professionals involved in managing and operation of swimming pools, sports venues and hotels. It’s also important to note that those professionals in attendance are either owners, managers or otherwise have purchasing powers.

Interbad 2021 Edition

Interbad 2021 was held as Interbad Innovation Days from September 22nd, 2021 to September 23rd, 2021. The 2021 edition marked the successful resumption of the face-to-face events for the industry. Over 900 participants took part in the event with satisfaction levels being quite high. Interbad Innovation Days was held at Messe Stuttgart and featured stringent COVID-19 security protocols. The event showed that the industry is not willing to forego face-to-face interactions and live product offerings. The event included high-level networking events, conferences, and presentations. It received 46 exhibitors and media representatives.

Interbad 2022 Edition

Interbad 2022 was a face-to-face event that took place in Messe Stuttgart from October 25th to October 28th, 2022. Due to the removal of the country's pandemic-related restrictions, the venue did not include Covid-19 safety measures. The edition received 296 exhibitors from 23 countries, with 39% representing a foreign country. Around 8,500 visitors examined their wares, with 1,700 travelling from abroad.
