There’s an edition held twice per year in different venues in different European cities on rotation. The edition in 2022 has been confirmed to take place at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, Barcelona, Spain. Programming is anticipated to follow already established working hours from 09:00 am until 17:00 pm. Those times are subject to change as organisers finalize the event program.

ESC Congress 2023
ESC Congress 2023 took place as a hybrid congress between 25.08.2023 and 28.08.2023. It comprised of a live aspect held in Amsterdam RAI without implementing Covid-19 safety measures and a digital platform. The rendition featured 30,000 participants and 4,500 faculty presenters.
ESC Congress 2022
The ESC Congress 2022 was a hybrid event that took place between August 26th and August 29th, 2022. Because of the removal of the country's pandemic-related limitations, it was held at the IFEMA-Feria de Barcelona without implementing Covid-19 safety precautions. It attracted around 30,270 participants from 174 nations.
