The 2023 edition of Pitti Immagine Filati will occur as a face-to-face exhibition. The event will be held between 28.06.2023 and 30.06.2023, and it will take place at the Stazione Leopolda in Italy. Strict Covid-19 safety measures will not be implemented at the host venue. This is due to Italy removing its related national restrictions as a result of the improving pandemic situation. Due to the temporary travel limitations (valid until 31.01.2023), arrivals from China will be asked to present upon arrival 3G entry documents as well as to undergo a temperature check and possibly an on-site Covid-19 test.

Pitti Immagine Filati's 2022 winter rendition took place as a live event between 02.02.2022-04.02.2022. The hosting venue for the edition was the Stazione Leopolda. It included strict Covid-19 safety precautions, such as social distancing protocols to ensure the safety of the 95 journalists, 1,750 visitors, and 80 exhibitors.

Pitti Immagine Filati 2022 Summer took place as a hybrid event in the Fortezza da Basso from June 29th to July 1st 2022. It consisted of a live event without implemented Covid-19 safeguards and a complementing virtual platform. There were 114 exhibitors at the event, including 75 yarn manufacturers and 32 overseas enterprises. Over 3,000 visitors from 50 nations examined their products, with 48% representing a foreign country.
