Dubai, UAE hosts editions of the Airport Show every single year during the month of May. Reed Exhibitions Middle East creates an incredible support program and gathers the best exhibitors in the world for three whole days at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC). This is a professional event only and working hours are scheduled for 10:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the afternoon on all three days. Now let’s talk about how to commute to the DWTC. The exhibition centre has a great location in the beating heart of the city and a lot of ways to get there. If you want to avoid the heat, then rely on Dubai’s metro system to get you there in no time. In addition, there are several bus lines servicing the Dubai World Trade Center. Last but not least, try out the Dubai Taxi system when in a hurry. One of the best and most regulated in the world.

The predominant geographic areas the Airport Show services include countries in the MENASA region. These would include countries in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. Decision makers in key airports in these countries meet every year to discuss industry, look to make big purchases and create new strategies. The pandemic has forced the business community to closely collaborate now more than ever. Let’s look at the numbers. Last edition had 93 companies display the latest in airport technology to an audience of over 3400 trade visitors, who occupy the highest positions in their companies. This means suppliers and manufacturers are in the prime position to generate qualified sales leads during the show. The support program also generated a lot of content – 74 speakers, 6000+ attendees and 43 sessions.
Airport Show 2022
Airport Show 2022 was a face-to-face event that took place between May 17th and May 19th, 2022 in the Dubai World Trade Centre. The venue had rigorous Covid-19 safety precautions in place, including obligatory protective face masks. Despite the global coronavirus pandemic, the exhibition surpassed expectations, with over 150 exhibiting companies from over 20 countries and more than 5,000 visitors. In addition, 100 hosted buyers and 33 aviation corporations from 18 countries attended the event. During Airport Show 2022, 3,556 meetings were held.
Airport Show 2023
Airport Show 2023 occurred as a live trade exhibition without instating Covid-19 safety measures such as social distancing. The event featured recommendations for adhering to precautions, such as avoiding handshakes. The event was held at the DTWC between 09.05.2023 and 11.054.2023 and featured over 7,800 participants., This included more than 300 exhibitors and over 7,500 visitors from 90 countries.
Airport Show 2024
Airport Show 2024 took place as a live trade fair at the DTWC. It was held between the dates 14.05.2024 and 16.05.2024. The event featured the wares of 160 exhibitors.
