Messe Munich GmbH doubles functions as both the organiser and venue where BAU takes place. Doors open at 09:30 in the morning and trade visitors are given entrance until 06:00 in the afternoon.
BAU has been a mainstay on the global construction market for over half a century and has proven itself to be one of the most successful B2B platforms around the world. BAU 2023
BAU 2023 signified the event's triumphant return after a hiatus caused by Covid-19. It was hosted as a hybrid event between 17.04.2023 and 22.04.2023 in Messe Munich. The event attracted around 190,000 visitors (40% were from abroad) and 2,260 exhibitors from 49 countries. BAU 2023 received high ratings. For instance, 93% of the exhibitor group rated the edition as good, 91% considered it to have the correct trade show character, 90% rated the programme's quality as top, and 89% rated visitor internationality as top. Furthermore, 98% of the visitor group rated the edition as excellent.
