Busworld Europe 2023 will take place between 07.10.2023 and 12.10.2023 without implementing Covid-19 safety precautions at Fiera Milano. The venue will not feature coronavirus safety precautions due to the removal of the domestic restrictions. Italy has travel restrictions for visitors coming from China. Participants travelling from the nation should be aware that they will have to submit negative test results no older than 48 hours upon arrival. They may also be asked to an on-site coronavirus test.

Each edition runs for six days and Brussels Expo serves as the host. Opening hours for the first five days start from 10:00 am in the morning and end at 19:00 pm in the afternoon. The sixth day has an earlier closing time – 18:00 pm in the afternoon. Inter ADS Ltd. is the official organiser of the trade fair.
