Each edition runs for six days and Brussels Expo serves as the host. Opening hours for the first five days start from 10:00 am in the morning and end at 19:00 pm in the afternoon. The sixth day has an earlier closing time – 18:00 pm in the afternoon. Inter ADS Ltd. is the official organiser of the trade fair.
Busworld Europe is the major meetup for all significant actors on the international stage as you meet up with manufacturers, suppliers and tourism representatives from all over Europe. One of the biggest brands to exhibit on this stage is Mercedes-Benz. There’s also the fact that organisers have successfully created a satellite event in Turkey. The event has also prepared an impressive track dedicated to green technology and practices talking about sustainability, reductions in emissions and noise, fuel economy, recyclability and weight reduction.
Busworld Europe 2023
The 2023 edition of Busworld Europe was a live trade fair between 07.10.2023 and 12.10.2023 in Fiera Milano. It did not include Covid-19 safety measures due to the removal of the country's pandemic-related restrictions. The event featured over 40,000 visitors, 154 speakers, and 526 exhibitors from 39 countries. They networked and conducted business on 75,000 m2. 95% of the exhibiting were satisfied with the edition.
Busworld Europe 2025
The 2025 edition of Busworld Europe was a live trade fair hosted between 04.10.2025 and 09.10.2025. It was attended by 559 exhibitors from 40 countries who presented more than 1,300 wares on 82,000 m2. It also featured over 45,400 visitors from 101 nations and 405 journalists.
