May 10th – May 12th, 2022 mark the new dates for CWIEME Berlin. Organisers have shared that the 2021 edition has been cancelled, because large scale events are still prohibited in Germany due to COVID-19 and travel restrictions. Regular programming at Messe Berlin in 2022 and hopefully the year pause will give enough time for the situation surrounding the pandemic to stabilize fully. Attendees can expect the best in protective measures at the exhibition grounds in full compliance with government regulations. In a recent announcement, Hyve Group PLC have also revealed plans to expand digital offers until the next physical edition arrives. This includes the upcoming Transformer Days, which are set for June 22nd – June 23rd, 2021.
CWIEME Berlin is regarded as a global leader for the coil winding, electrical manufacturing and insulation industry. The international exhibition is part of the proud CWIEME events portfolio alongside CWIEME Americas and CWIEME Shanghai. Out of all three events, the Berlin event is considered the biggest and most influential. It might be held in Europe, but it’s a truly global exhibition. Exhibitors are able to rise among the ranks and gain visibility across many markets. You’re able to discover the entire value chain under one roof – power supply, adhesives, resins, coatings, cables, connectors and accessories, electrical contract manufacturing, electromechanical components, insulation and shielding materials.
CWIEME Berlin is the brainchild of Hyve Group PLC, which host this international exhibition on an annual basis. Editions run the course of three days in total in early May. Messe Berlin functions as the official host for CWIEME Berlin in Berlin, Germany and admission is given only to trade visitors given the specialized nature of the event. Working hours are from 09:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the late afternoon on the first two days. The final day wraps up two hours early at 16:00 in the afternoon. Messe Berlin is located in the west part of the city and benefits from dense transportation network. No matter where you are located in the city there are multiple bus lines that run like clockwork. You can also reach the exhibition grounds via S-Bahn and U-Bahn. There are two stations that directly service Messe Berlin with multiple lines running through.
