The global leader event in the audio-visual sector
Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) has been the leader in professional AV and systems integration ever since its debut in 2004 and has consistently been the driver for innovation in the industry. The event performs a dual function as a marketplace where exhibitors can connect with international buyers, but also as a platform for education.
Visitors enjoy an incredible professional development programme that has everything from specialist workshops, seminars, and keynotes to conferences. ISE gives trade visitors a full overview of the entire value chain with displays on traffic control systems, visitor management systems, intelligent software systems, digital signs, monitors, billboards, software applications and solutions.
ISE 2025
Integrated Systems Europe 2025 will take place as a face-to-face exhibition at the Fira Barcelona — Gran Via between 04.02.2025 and 07.02.2025.

Integrated Systems Europe is an annual show that runs at the start of the calendar year usually in the first half of February. The event is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, though this will change in due time as the official organiser (also named Integrated Systems Europe) has announced that because of the exceptional growth of the show, new editions starting in 2021 will be relocated to Barcelona, Spain.
Editions right now are held at RAI Amsterdam with a duration of four days. The doors are open to professionals only from 10:00 am until 18:00 pm on the first day, 09:30 am until 18:00 pm on days two and three, and 09:30 am until 16:00 pm on the last day. RAI Amsterdam is in a central location in the city and well connected to public transport not to mention how easy it is to grab a bike or a scooter to the exhibition grounds.
Integrated Systems Europe maintains a healthy growth index (there’s a reason why the trade show is relocating after all) and last edition broke all its previous records with 1300 exhibitors (17% of which are first-time exhibitors) and an audience at over 81,000 trade visitors – a new high in the event’s colourful history.
The geographic profile of visitors by nationality reveal a concentration of professionals from EU members, which are then followed by representations from Southeast Asia, Asia and North America. The main focus at ISE is the meeting between supply and demand so as an exhibitor you’re going to meet with high-profile buyers, whose main agenda is purchasing new solutions.
However, we also have to highlight the exceptional educational and informational program and the resulting high number of experts and thought leaders interested in cutting-edge research and technology trends. This is in no small part thanks to the involvement of the two top-tier sponsors AVIXA and CEDIA.
ISE 2021
The 2021 edition of ISE was held as three regional exhibitions. Variations on this type of format were needed due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. ISE 2021 consisted of three regional programs under one name, ISE Live & Online. Two of the exhibits were in-person format. One was in Barcelona and the other was in London. The third was conducted in digital form via an online platform. The platform included a variety of services, including livestreaming. Until the end of the year, the digital platform was available. 6,757 participants visited ISE Live & Virtual.
ISE 2022
ISE 2022 represented the event's triumphant return and debut at Fira Barcelona – Gran Via. The event was a hybrid event that included both an in-person trade exhibition and a digital platform. The site included relaxed Covid-19 safety features for the fair's live component. It included various new premiere sub-events as well as 834 exhibitors from 39 nations. In addition, over 150 thought leaders and 43,691 visitors from 151 countries attended the edition.
ISE 2023
ISE 2023 was the second rendition to take place in Fira Barcelona – Gran Via. It occurred as a live trade fair without implementing Covid-19 safety measures. This was due to the country removing its pandemic-related restrictions. The edition featured 58,107 visitors from 155 nations and 1,052 exhibitors from 46 countries.
ISE 2024
ISE 2024 was a live trade fair hosted in Fira Barcelona – Gran Via. The event received more than 1 400 exhibitors from around 48 countries and approximately 73,900 visitors from 162 nations. This represented a 27% attendee attendance rate compared to ISE 2023. The event also took place on 82 000 m2.
What Are People Saying?
“This is the only place where you can get an overview of the whole AV market in one place. More exhibitors, more floor space and more attendees than any other show worldwide – we bring the buyers and sellers together in one arena, so that they can come together to do business.” – Mike Blackman, Integrated Systems Events Managing Director;
“For 16 years now, ISE has provided an excellent place for the European systems integration industry to meet. The show is perfect for companies in the region for demonstrating their new innovations to an interested and informed audience.” – David Labuskes, AVIXA CEO;
“ISE has a unique and wonderful flavour. In many ways, it often feels more like a ‘family reunion’ than a trade show. With such a rich and varied exhibition and educational programme on offer throughout the four days, there’s no other trade show like ISE.” – Tabatha O’Connor, CEDIA Global President and CEO
