The event is annual and is organised by Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH, which also serves as the official venue for the event, which lasts for four days. The first three days are reserved for trade visitors and the last one is Festival Day open to the public. The opening hours are consistent throughout, from 09:00 am until 18:00 pm.

EUROBIKE 2021
Eurobike 2021's attendance levels exceeded the expectations of the organiser. The fair occurred as a face-to-face event with strict COVID-19 prevention measures in place and received 32,203 visitors in total. Many attendants visited the fair in person, opting to travel from their native country despite the travel restrictions caused by the pandemic. 68 countries attended the face-to-face event during its 4 event days. This showed the importance of face-to-face events for the bike industry, including being able to examine products live.
EUROBIKE 2022
Eurobike 2022 included several new developments. It was held in Messe Frankfurt. Eurobike 2022's motto was “Sports Meets Mobility.” From 2022 forward, Messe Frankfurt GmbH acted as a partner organiser. The first three days of the event were set aside for professional meetings. The next two days, which took place over the weekend, were set aside for the retail consumer fair. The fair's complements included forms that enabled first-hand experience. Staples like the Eurobike Academy also returned in improved forms. Eurobike's first Frankfurt event exceeded the organisers' great expectations. It attracted more participants than the 2021 edition. There were 33,780 visitors and 27,370 enthusiasts from 105 countries. The event also attracted 1,177 media professionals from 34 nations. Over 1,500 exhibiting companies from 59 countries took part as well. This, together with the high levels of visitor satisfaction, reaffirmed the event's relevance. 93% of participants deemed the 2022 edition excellent.
EUROBIKE 2023
The 2023 edition of EUROBIKE Frankfurt took place as a live trade fair that was hosted in Messe Frankfurt between 21.06.2023 and 25.06.2023. It surpassed the attendance rates of the 2022 format. This was due to the presence of more than 1,900 exhibitors and over 66,500 visitors from 122 nations. The visitors, in particular, comprised 34,750 trade as well as 31,840 public attendants. The event featured 200 world premiers and more than 300 Eurobike Award nominations.
EUROBIKE 2024
Eurobike Frankfurt 2024 took place as a live trade fair in Messe Frankfurt between 03.07.2024 and 07.07.2024. It was hosted on 150,000 m2 of event space. It presented the wares of over 1,800 exhibitors from more than 60 nations. They were overviewed by an upwards of 35,000 trade visitors as well as a public attendee group exceeding 33,000.

The 2025 edition of Eurobike took place as a live trade fair on over 130,000 m2. The event presented the wares of 1,500 exhibitors. They were overviewed by 61,690 visitors (31,270 trade and 30,420 public attendees).
