HEATEC is the major business centre for heating technology. The international trade fair has been running since the beginning of the 2000s and in that time positioned itself as the leading event on the territory of Asia; not just China. As an exhibitor, you have a chance to introduce yourself to the entire East and China is not to be ignored as it’s currently one of the most competitive markets in the entire world. The trade show is best known for its extensive product portfolio. The exhibition centre showcases advancements in boilers & waste heat recovery technology, biomass energy products, boiler parts & ancillary products, burners & thermal equipment, boiler replacement products, boiler manufacturing equipment & raw materials, energy saving and emission reduction technology. HEATEC gears towards the needs of the B2B sector and presents excellent face-to-face networking opportunities. Product launches are also quite successful.
HEATEC & COVID-19
CIBB is heartbroken to announce HEATEC 2021 has been cancelled due to a recent pneumonia epidemic, which alongside the coronavirus pandemic makes holding large events dangerous. The Chinese government is currently restricting indoor activities, and organisers place visitor safety above all else. HEATEC will return in the summer of 2022 – the official dates have already been selected for July 27th – July 29th. One major change is that the trade show will move to Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (SWEECC) instead for one year only. Organisers promise a safe environment at SNIEC with all the necessary COVID-19 protective measures and health protocols.
