InnoTrans 2024

InnoTrans follows a biennial schedule, and editions fall on odd years. Organised by Messe Berlin and held at Berlin ExpoCenter City, the international trade show is a staple in Berlin, Germany as it lasts for a total of six days, usually in September.

The first four days are reserved for professional visitors and doors are open from 09:00 am until 18:00 pm. The last two days are reserved for the public and working hours are from 10:00 am until 18:00 pm.

In terms of commuter access, Berlin ExpoCenter City makes your daily commute effortless as it’s one of the most well-connected exhibition centres worldwide. Not only do you have fast links to the motorway system, but an abundance of metro lines, light rail service and bus lines.

There’s no better way to convince you how valuable InnoTrans can be for your business than let the numbers speak for themselves. The last edition managed to attract the participation of over 3000 exhibitors, who unveiled products, networked and negotiated with over 161,000 visitors from all over the world.

The audience represents both professionals and the public, which creates a strong brand recognition at all levels. Approximately over half of all visitors who come are not German nationals and among the trade audience, over 70% have decision-making powers and the budget to make your time at InnoTrans all the more lucrative.

You also see quite the diversity in professional backgrounds of all attending. You will meet miners, construction companies, engineers, trade associations and institutions, manufacturers and suppliers of transport technology, public administrators, government authorities, ministries, and consultants.

InnoTrans 2022

InnoTrans 2022 was a live event that took place between September 20th and September 22nd, 2022. Due to the removal of the corresponding domestic limitations, the venue did not include Covid-19 safety precautions. The exhibition attracted over 140,000 visitors from over 131 nations and 2,834 exhibitors from 56 countries. The exhibitors displayed 250 world premieres as well as 128 automobiles. 56% of the participants were first-time visitors, while 57.3% were international attendees.
