The International Trade Fair for the Hotel & Catering Industry states its mission right there in the title – bringing professional in the HoReCa industry together to exchange ideas, conduct business and inform themselves on the latest industry trends. HORECAVA 2025
The 2025 edition of HORECAVA will occur as a live exhibition between 13.01.2025 and 16.01.2025. The live event will take place at the RAI Amsterdam without implementing strict Covid-19 prevention measures. This is because of the removal of the country's pandemic-related restrictions.

The International Trade Fair for the Hotel & Catering Industry is an annual affair that marks the beginning of the calendar year as editions are scheduled to take place in January. The trade fair is four days long and held at the Amsterdam RAI, which also functions as its organiser, alongside Wine Professional. Only trade visitors are admitted and the working hours are from 11:00 am in the morning until 18:00 pm in the afternoon, though these are preliminary hours and subject to change on the day depending on programming. Amsterdam RAI is centrally located in Amsterdam, Netherlands and gives visitors plenty of opportunities to commute. However, because Amsterdam is the city of bike, you can just as easily rent a bike or a scooter to the exhibition grounds.

HORECAVA 2023
HORECAVA's 2023 edition took place as a live trade show between 09.01.2023 and 12.01.2023 in Amsterdam RAI. The hosting site featured Covid-19 safety measures because the country removed its pandemic-related restrictions. HORECAVA 2023 was attended by 2,035 exhibitors.
HORECAVA 2024
The 2024 edition of HORECAVA was a live trade fair hosted in Amsterdam RAI. It took place between 08-11.01.2024. It was attended by approximately 690 exhibitors from 18 countries and 61,000 visitors.
