The international boat show takes place annually over ten days in September and is put together by the British Marine Federation. The event is open to the public on all days from 10:00 h until 19:00 h, but if you’re an exhibitor, you might want to double-check.

The 2021 edition presented over 500 boats, including over 30 new debuts and over 350 brands. Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, more than 88,000 visitors attended. Such high numbers showed how important the event is to the public and the industry. The Southampton Boat Show 2021 feature many new format changes. Among them was a new design, a larger footprint and five dedicated zones. One of the most attended areas was the Dinghy Zone, which welcomed the British Olympic sailing team as a guest. More than 13,760 visitors expressed their desire to take on water-related activities.
Southampton Boat Show 2022
Southampton Boat Show 2022 took place as a live event at Mayflower Park between 16.09.2022 and 25.09.2022. The venue, which received over 83,000 attendees and 685 exhibitors, did not include Covid-19 safety precautions. This was due to the country removing its domestic restrictions. The total event space of the event exceeded 70,000 m2.
Southampton Boat Show 2023
The 2023 edition of Southampton Boat Show was hosted as an in-person event in Mayflower Park. It was attended by more than 92,000 visitors and 640 exhibitors. The event was hosted between 15-24.09.2023.
