Cruise360 is one of the biggest events for the travel and tourism industry to hit Florida, USA. Now what better city to host this crucial meeting point for cruise lines and travel professionals than Fort Lauderdale. CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) hosts editions early in the early around late March and early April at the Broward County Convention Center. Only trade visitors can get to the trade show and be sure to check the schedule for opening and closing times during all six days of Cruise360. The Broward County Convention Center has recently been expanded and occupies a great property right on the beach. One of its bestselling points is the waterfront plaza and there’s also hotels right on the exhibition grounds. The best way to commute to the center is via car, but if you’re not driving in, there are several bus lines that connect you to most of the city.
- “With industry-leading protocols in place guiding the resumption of operations in Europe and Asia, and with the growing availability of vaccines, it was you and your voices that successfully made the case for cruise resumption in the United States,” – Kelly Craighead, CLIA’s president and CEO;
- “It was definitely exhilarating reuniting with so many of my industry colleagues and friends after more than a year of no 'in-person' events. The sold-out event was representative of the industry’s continued resiliency and passion,” – David Crooks, senior vice president of product and operations for World Travel Holdings.
- “It’s so great to be back in person—learning and networking. Everyone attending is so enthusiastic and committed to excellence. Cruise360 was a total confidence-builder. The restart of cruising is getting stronger and rapidly gaining momentum,” – Brad Anderson, co-founder, Avoya Travel
- “I felt the session was full of insightful information from Kelly Craighead. We’re feeling hopeful for the future and happy to learn that 50 percent of ships belonging to partners who are a part of CLIA will be sailing by the end of the summer," – Michelle Fee, co-founder and CEO, Cruise Planners.
Cruise360 attends to the needs of the entire cruise industry. This means exhibitors are in the right positions to meet with influential players across the full supply chain. You have access to travel professionals, cruise line representatives, ports & destinations, industry suppliers as well as CLIA preferred partners. You get a full overview of every major trend that’s coming up and can discuss solutions and ideas with your peers in a very dynamic support program. What makes this trade show so important is the fact that CLIA represents 95% of the world’s ocean-going cruise capacity, so where else can you position yourself to gain visibility and establish contacts. Cruise360 is home to 54,000 travel agents and 15,000 travel agencies with glowing reputation across the whole globe. Over 50 of the biggest cruise lines will be in attendance. Cruise360 is put together with the support from partners like AmaWaterways, Atlas, Barbados, Carnival, GENERALI and Jamaica Cruising.
