Electronica 2024 Update

Electronica 2024 is scheduled to take place between 12.11.2024 and 15.11.2024 in Messe Munich. The live event will not feature Covid-19 safety precautions due to the country removing its pandemic-related restrictions, including the ones affecting international travel. Munich, Germany, will fill with thousands of trade visitors ready to continue where the conversation last stopped and generate business. What happened in past editions of electronica?


Electronica 2018 set a new attendance record for the trade fair. The trade show, which took place at Messe Munich from October 13th to October 16th, 2018, attracted 81,471 attendees and 3,124 exhibitors. This surpassed prior editions' participation rates. The rendition's main topics included blockchain, AI, and medical electronics.


Electronica 2022 reinforced the event's status as the industry's premier trade fair. The live event, which took place between November 15th, 2022 and November 18th, 2022, attracted approximately 70,000 visitors from around 100 countries and 2,144 exhibitors from 48 countries. A foreign country was represented by 64% of the exhibiting enterprises and 54% of the visitors.
