Once again, it’s time for professionals from the restaurant, catering, and hospitality industries to gather together and share their experiences at INTERNORGA. The international trade fair allows showcasing the latest products and services, discussing pressing issues and subjects, and define emerging trends. Organisers expect for over 100,000 trade visitors to attend. INTERNORGA gives you a full industry overview with more than 1200 exhibitors from the hotel, restaurant, catering, baking, and confectionery sectors. Visitors have access to displays and demonstrations of kitchen technology, food and drink, furnishing, shop construction, IT, checkout systems, communication, and ice cream makers.
INTERNORGA 2025
INTERNORGA's 2025 edition will be held as a face-to-face trade show between the dates 14.03.2025 and 18.03.2025. The event will be held at the Hamburg Messe und Congress in Hamburg, Germany. The hosting site will not have strict Covid-19 prevention measures in place, due to the country lifting its domestic restrictions in April 2022. Attendants should note that they will not be required to show 3G entry documents upon arrival in the country as a result of the removed travel limitations.

INTERNORGA 2022
INTERNORGA 2022 represented the trade fair's triumphant return after Covid-19-induced hiatus. It was held live at the Hamburg Messe und Congress from 30.04.2022 to 04.05.2022. Around 950 exhibitors from 27 nations attended the event, as did around 2,000 congress delegates. It also attracted 48,000 visitors. 81% of attendees evaluated as good or very good the event. 91% of registrants were decision-makers, while 35% of visitors were first-time attendees.
INTERNORGA 2023
INTERNORGA 2023 improved upon the success of the 2022 rendition. The live trade fair, held between 10.03.2023 and 14.03.2023 in Hamburg Messe und Congress, was attended by 1,100 exhibitors and approximately 80,000 visitors, 92% of whom were decision-makers. 92% of the visitors provided the rendition with top ratings and 93% would recommend INTERNORGA to other industry members.
INTERNORGA 2024
INTERNORGA 2024 was a live trade fair that took place between 08.03.2024 and 12.03.2024 in Hamburg Messe und Congress that improved upon the success of the 2023 edition. It was attended by approximately 1,200 exhibitors from around 30 countries and around 80,000 visitors. Over 90% of the visitors were satisfied with the event and 95% would recommend it to others.
