Middle East Energy is a new chapter for the energy industry in the Middle East. This exhibition existed for 45 years as Middle East Electricity, but with the growing demand for clean energy and renewable energy sources the exhibition needed to evolve and change. Right now, MEE is ranked as the most important hub for professionals in the electrotechnical industry and it’s here that the latest, groundbreaking innovations are shared. The exhibition grounds are divided into five sectors – Critical & Back-Up Power, Renewable Energy, Transmission & Distribution, Smart Solutions and Energy Consumption & Management. More than 150 experts take the stage at Global Energy & Utilities Forum to shape the future of power generation.
Middle East Energy follows a strict annual schedule and editions arrive in the first quarter of the year in early March. The international trade fair is based out of Dubai, UAE at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The three-day event is brought to you by Informa Exhibitions and admission is given only to professionals involved in the power industry. Opening times for all three days are as follow – 10:00 am in the morning until 18:00 pm in the afternoon. No matter where you stay in Dubai, you have a quick connection to Dubai World Trade Centre. There are taxis everywhere around the city for a quick commute and many bus lines stop at the venue. The exhibition grounds are also serviced by the metro system, which covers the entirety of the city and gets you there in minutes.
