The World Utilities Congress is hosted at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, or ADNEC. The trade fair is within commuting distance by car or taxi from the Abu Dhabi International Airport. This is due to the commuting time via the mentioned transport mode being 20 minutes. Similarly, the venue is close to the Al Bateen Executive Airport. For instance, it can be accessed from the terminal in 28 minutes by walking, in 3 minutes via taxi or car and in 5 minutes by bus. Participants can reach ADNEC via taxis, cars, and buses from the central station. The commuting time will be 10 minutes via taxi or car and via bus – 40 to 50 minutes.
World Utilities Congress 2022
World Utilities Congress' inaugural edition marked the event's successful initiation. It was conducted as a live trade fair at the ADNEC and featured over 10,000 visitors, 120 exhibitors and more than 200 speakers. It also received 1,000 conference delegates.
World Utilities Congress 2023
The second rendition of the event improved upon the success of the 2022 inauguration edition. It featured over 10,000 visitors, 150 exhibitors and more than 250 speakers. It was similarly held at the ADNEC as a live trade fair.
