GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen Gmbh is the company responsible for bringing Opti to the big stage. The international trade fair is held early in the year. In particular, it is hosted in January, thus allowing Opti to set the tone and the trends for the upcoming year. Editions usually last for three days. What is interesting about Opti is that it travels each year. In the past, it has been in Stuttgart, Munich, and other major German cities. The doors are open to trade visitors only. Working hours are as follows—10:00 am / 19:00 pm on Friday, 09:00 am / 19:00 pm on Saturday, 09:00 am / 17:00 pm on Sunday. When it comes to commuting, you are in luck. Messe Munich is an ideal location to be reached easily by car and public transportation. The best way to commute is to ride the U2 line of the metro. Several suburban train lines also service the exhibition grounds.

Opti 2022

Opti 2022 took place between 13.05.2022 and 15.05.2022 as a live event. Messe Munich did not install strict Covid-19 safety protocols because the country removed the related restrictions in April 2022. The event received around 13,000 trade visitors from 71 countries. It additionally featured 368 exhibitors from 25 nations. 66.5% of the visitor group confirmed their attendance for 2023.

Opti 2023

Opti 2023 was a live trade show which was held at Messe Munich between the 13th and 15th of January 2023. The edition, similar to the 2022 iteration, did not include coronavirus safety procedures during its presentation. Opti 2023 received around 15,500 attendees from 67 nations (19.2% increase compared to 2022) and 307 exhibitors from 28 countries.

Opti 2024

Opti 2024 was a live trade fair that took place between 12.01.2024 and 14.01.2024. It occurred in Messe Munich without implementing Covid-19 safety measures. It was attended by around 390 exhibitors from 28 nations. Their wares were overviewed by 21,500 visitors from 70 countries (60% were decision-makers). Of the visitor group, 93.4% rated opti 2024's atmosphere as excellent, 92.6% provided an overall event rating of very good, and 82.4% will commission assignments or place orders after the trade exposition. 94.5% of the exhibitors rated visitor quality as exceptional and 91% provided a similar rating for the event, overall.
