ScanPack 2024 Update
According to Svenska Mässan Stiftelse, ScanPack 2024 will be conducted as a face-to-face trade fair at the Svenska Mässan in late October 2024. October 22nd through October 25th, 2024 are the official dates. The venue will not include Covid-19 prevention measures because of the removal of the country's domestic regulations. Sweden's borders have no travel restrictions.

ScanPack is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and the international exhibition is held every three years, usually in autumn, October to be precise. Editions run for four days and take place at the Svenska Mässan - The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre. The Svenska Mässan Stiftelse, which runs the venue, also serves as the official organiser.
Doors are open only to professional visitors and working hours are from 09:00 am in the morning until 17:00 pm in the afternoon on the first three days. The last day opens at 10:00 am and concludes at 15:00 pm. You don’t need to think about renting a car to commute while in Gothenburg, because the exhibition centre is right in the heart of the city and you can easily walk to it, if you’re close enough. If not, you have three tram lines that stop directly at the grounds and airport bus service that also services Svenska Mässan.

Let’s investigate the numbers from the last edition of ScanPack. Organisers reveal that over 500 exhibitors have showcased products at last edition and the halls handled over 17,000 trade visitors from over 40 countries. Although the exhibition focuses mainly on the Northern region of Europe (meaning there are a lot of people from Scandinavian countries as well as EU states), there is also interest from the rest of the world.
Exhibitors for instance come from the East as well – Turkey, Taiwan and Japan to name a few. As an exhibitor, you have every reason to go, because roughly 65% of all visitors are serious about making a purchase after the fair and you’re surrounded by a great concentration of decision makers. ScanPack 2022
ScanPack 2022 highlighted the event's successful return as a live trade expo. The event took place between October 4th, 2022 and October 7th, 2022, and the venue did not include Covid-19 safety precautions. This is because the domestic limitations were lifted. There were 12,894 participants from 45 nations at the event.
