Introduction

TrendSet delivers rich and dynamic editions that ignite passion and collaboration. The trade fair sports some of the biggest European brands in the design and manufacturing of lifestyle and consumer goods. Fine living has become a major driving force in the industry. The product portfolio runs the full value chain – furniture and lighting, decorating and accessories, furnishings and design objects, home and textiles, kitchen and table top, food and drink, gifts and fun, spirituals and souvenirs, Christmas and seasonals, stationary and papers, floristry and garden, office and school, hobbies and toys, fashion and jewellery, beauty and wellness. These are 15 areas that encompass every related product group. TrendSet debuts thousands of new collections every edition, which is why it’s so important to buyers. Not only can the3y do all their purchasing in one place, but they can also research market trends. You learn the aesthetics on the rise, materials and colors that make all the difference.

Logistics

In order to keep up with the latest trends and fashions in the domestic goods sector, TrendSet takes place twice every year. Once in January (winter edition) and in July (summer edition). The major international trade fair runs for a total of three days at Messe München in Munich, Germany. The official organiser of the event is TrendSet GmbH and admission is given only to trade visitors. The working hours are set for 09:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the evening for the first two days and 17:00 in the afternoon on closing day. Messe München is highly accessible by public transport. There’s the underground line U2, which runs every ten minutes and makes for a fast commute and connects to the Central Train Station. This is useful, because the central station runs train lines to the airport.

What Are People Saying?

• “We’ve a lot of customer traffic at our stand. Austria and Switzerland are well represented; there seems to be no inhibition to travel and visit the fair. Only customers serious about placing orders have come. On the second day of the fair, we had already reached the order level of 2021 in pre-pandemic times,” – Lars Adler, Managing Director, HOFF Interieur;

• “It’s always full here, including now. The quality of the visitors is very high, like nowhere else. We are delighted that TrendSet is taking place again. No matter how high our sales, we are here again and can show all our new products and collections to our customers personally and here where they are,” – Philip Wurm, Managing Director, G. Wurm;

• “Things are going well at our stand. We have so much traffic at our stand that we wouldn’t mind if TrendSet Summer 2021 could last a day longer. There is a positive mood everywhere. Everyone is in a good mood,” – Michael Rossmann, Managing Director, Pad Home Design Concept)
