The 2023 edition of Batibouw improved the visitor attendance rate of the event. It was attended during its hosting between 14.03.2023 and 19.03.2023 by around 158,000 visitors. This signified a 36% increase.

The 2024 edition of Batibouw was hosted as a live trade fair at the Brussels Expo. It took place between 17.02.2024 and 25.02.2024. The event received over 300 exhibitors and 175,000 visitors.
