Fi Europe & Hi is an annual trade fair that’s co-located with Ni Europe (Natural ingredients Europe) at the end of the calendar year, both of which are organised by Informa Markets. Usually, this occurs in December, but sometimes editions are held in November as well. The duration of each event is most often three days.
Fi Europe & Hi is known as a travelling event, and each year a new city is chosen to host the trade fair. The 2022 edition of the event was a hybrid trade fair hosted in Palexpo between 06.12.2022 and 08.12.2022. The live aspect, which occurred without implementing Covid-19 safety measures, was complemented by a digital platform. The event was attended by 21,884 visitors, 60 speakers, and 932 exhibitors from 188 participant countries.

The 2023 hybrid edition of Fi & Hi Europe 2023 was hosted in Messe Frankfurt between 28.11.2023 and 30.11.2023. Similar to the 2022 format, it did not implement Covid-19 safety measures. The event was attended by more than 1,400 exhibitors from 73 nations. This represented a 22% increase compared to Fi Europe & Hi 2022. Additionally, the event received over 32,600 visitors (more than 21,500 were pre-registered, signifying a 30% increase compared to 2022 with 80.5% being from abroad).

The 2024 live edition of Fi Europe & Hi Europe was hosted in Messe Frankfurt between 19.11.2024 and 21.11.2024. It presented the wares of over 1,400 exhibitors from 67 countries.
