Vitafoods Europe 2025
Vitafoods Europe 2025 will be defining the future of the nutraceuticals industry with a live event. It will be held for the first time from 20.05.2025 to 22.05.2025 in Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, Barcelona, Spain. This is because the trade fair, held for 26 years in Geneva, will be relocated to the country.

Vitafoods Europe & Finished Products Expo is organised by the Informa PLC - Head Office. The annual exhibition lasts for a total of three days, and editions usually fall in May. The Fira de Barcelona Gran Via functions as the official venue for the event, and access is given to industry insiders only.
The official program is not yet confirmed, but opening hours are typically from 10:00 am until 18:00 pm on all three days. There are buses, trams, and trains that can take you to the Fira Barcelona Gran Via from any part of Barcelona.
Vitafoods Europe & Finished Products Expo a considerably healthy growth trajectory building on top of its previous years’ of attendance for both exhibitors and trade visitors. It’s expected that the number of exhibitors exceeded 1250 and as for the audience, organisers predict a spike to well above 25,000 professionals.

Vitafoods 2021
Vitafoods 2021 hybrid edition took place between the dates 4.10.2021 – 8.10.2021. The rendition took place in two formats—a live exhibition and a digital platform. The live exposition occurred at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland between 5.10.2021 and 7.10.2021. The digital aspect of the event took place between 4.10.2021 and 8.10.2021. The 2021 hybrid edition of Vitafoods featured around 580 exhibitors.
Vitafoods 2022
Vitafoods Europe 2022 was also a hybrid event, with a face-to-face trade exhibition supplemented by a digital platform. The in-person section took place between May 10th, 2022 and May 12th, 2022, while the digital component took place between May 2nd, 2022 and May 13th, 2022. The trade show's face-to-face section was hosted at Palexpo, which did not include Covid-19 safety precautions due to the removal of associated national restrictions in February 2022. Vitafoods Europe 2022 included 700 exhibiting companies from 56 nations, including 100 new and returning enterprises. It also had 15,251 digital and in-person visitors from more than 130 countries.
Vitafoods 2023
Vitafoods Europe 2023 took place as a live trade fair between 09.05.2023 and 11.05.2023. It was hosted in Palexpo. The event was attended by over 1,500 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors. Over 140 participating countries were featured during the event.
Vitafoods 2024
Vitafoods Europe 2024 represented the last edition to be hosted in Palexpo in Switzerland. The event received 20,000 attendees, including over 50 speakers and more than 1,100 exhibitors from 55 countries on 70,000 m2. The event was held between 14.05.2024 and 16.05.2024.
