BOE INTERNATIONAL, also known as Best of Events International, is the leading trade fair for live communication measures. It’s widely considered to be one of the top procurement platforms in Europe and compliments its rich product portfolios with an information-heavy support program. Exhibitors are divided among four thematic areas: Technology & Scenography, MICE, Digital and Safety & Security. Exhibitors are in the right place to meet with qualified visitors, who have direct purchasing power, via free guided tours for trade visitors and interested parties, which are held in German. The events calendar in Dortmund, Germany kicks off in January with BOE INTERNATIONAL as one of the season’s first offerings. The annual trade fair is organised by Messe Dortmund GmbH along with the generous support of FAMAB Kommunikationsverband. Editions last for two days and are open to trade visitors only. Work hours at the Messe Dortmund are set for 10:00 am in the morning until 06:00 pm in the afternoon on the first day and until 05:00 pm on the second day. The exhibition centre has a stellar location, which allows efficient commuting. You can get to the Messe Dortmund in 10 minutes via the U45 metro line from the main train station. There are also buses that take you there. If you’re driving there, you have easy access via the A1, A45, A2, A42 and A44 freeways.

BOE INTERNATIONAL maintains a strong presence for the events industry. Last year there were around 650 exhibitors from all related areas of experiential marketing in attendance. Exhibitors cover the full spectrum of event organisation and equipment to trade fair construction. Then there were the trade visitors, which go over 11,000 professionals involved in a variety of industries. You will have the chance to interact with decision makers from hotel industry and gastronomy; film, radio and television; event technology; trade fair and exhibition construction and event agencies; industry, trade and the service sectors. The calibre of visitors is high as the majority are decision makers in marketing, buyers and project managers. They come predominantly with the mission to research what’s on offer, what’s new and what’s top of the line. BEST OF EVENTS INTERNATIONAL 2023
BOE International 2023 was a live trade show in Messe Dortmund between 11.01.2023 and 12.01.2023. Due to Germany removing its pandemic-related restrictions, the event site did not include Covid-19 safety measures. BOE International 2023 featured 9,000 visitors, with 90% of the group considering participating in the next edition.
BEST OF EVENTS INTERNATIONAL 2024
The 2024 edition of BOE International was a live trade fair hosted in Messe Dortmund. The event took place between 17.01.2024 and 18.01.2024. Around 440 exhibitors attended the event.
