Exhibitions in USA for Games

The gaming industry in the United States is experiencing explosive growth with the market size estimated at USD 57.91 billion in 2024 and projected to reach USD 90.79 billion by 2029. This amounts to a remarkable CAGR of 9.41% during the forecast period. Several factors are driving this unprecedented growth spurt. For one, there’s the increased adoption of video streaming apps on mobile devices and televisions, which caters to the demand for on-demand entertainment. One significant trend shaping the industry is the desire among consumers to access the latest games without the need for new PC or console purchases. This has spurred the development of newer formats. A study by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) revealed that the US gaming market is vast, with over 227 million players in the region, of which 80% are adults over 18 years old. Additionally, 76% of American kids under 18 years old are avid gamers, highlighting the widespread appeal of gaming across age demographics. 74% of American households have at least one video game player. Particularly during the pandemic, video games provided much-needed relief for children as 71% of parents acknowledged their importance as a break from routine and 66% stated that games facilitated the transition to distance learning. Major players in the industry, such as Microsoft, are capitalizing on this growing demand by introducing innovative products. Microsoft’s launch of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S in November 2020, accompanied by live and virtual global activations, pushed the boundaries of gaming technology and was met with praise. These consoles boast impressive visuals at 120 FPS and are powered by 12 teraflops of processing power, equipped with AMD Zen 2 and RDNA 2 architectures. Foreign companies are increasingly expanding their footprint in the US gaming market to seize growth opportunities.
