in-cosmetics Global follows an annual model and editions usually take place at the start of spring in April. The event lasts three days on average and are open to professionals only. Because of its global branding, in-cosmetics travels to different cities all over Europe.

This edition will be held in Barcelona, Spain at the Fira Barcelona – Gran Vía. The official organiser for the event is Reed Exhibitions and doors are open from 09:00 am until 18:00 pm except for the last day, which wraps up one day earlier. Fira Barcelona – Gran Vía enjoys a superb location in Barcelona, with sufficient access to motorways and public transport. There’s a metro station and bus stop, which allow for quick connections to your hotel.

As an exhibitor at in-cosmetics, you’ll be quite satisfied with the turnout as last edition managed to surpass 12,000 trade visitors in total from all over the world. That’s more than enough for the over 800 exhibitors, which came from all over the world.

The reason for in-cosmetics being a global trendsetter is that exhibitors represent markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, creating an in-depth perception of the market. Exhibitors tend to be lab equipment and software suppliers; manufacturers of raw materials, ingredients and fragrance components, and testing & research providers. The nature of in-cosmetics is predominantly to foster purchases – the audience mainly consists of buyers from the top tier of the global cosmetics industry.

In-cosmetics was held from April 5th to April 7th, 2022, in Paris, France. Attendees were required to wear face masks as part of the Covid-19 safety procedures. There were 8,091 visitors and 732 personal care vendors at the edition. Foreign nations were represented by 57 percent of the attendees.

In-cosmetics 2023

The 2023 edition of In-cosmetics Global took place between 28.03.2023 and 30.03.2022 in Barcelona. The location did not include Covid-19 safety measures due to Spain lifting its pandemic-related restrictions. The event featured 909 exhibitors from over 50 countries as well as 10,799 visitors from more than 118 nations on 19,978 m2. 72% of the visiting specialists were from abroad.

In-cosmetics 2024

The 2024 edition of In-cosmetics Global was a live trade fair hosted between 16.04.2024 and 18.04.2024. It took place in Paris Porte de Versailles in France. The event received 1.028 exhibitors, around 13,000 unique visitors (representing a 14.8% increase compared to 2023), and approximately 22,900 repeat attendees. Around 200,000 connections were facilitated during In-cosmetics 2024. 

In-cosmetics 2025

The 2025 edition of In-cosmetics Global was a live trade fair held between 08.04.2025 and 10.04.2025 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It was attended by approximately 450 exhibitors (including 255 newcoming firms), around 290 speakers and over 20,000 visitors (including about 11,000 unique ones). 

In-cosmetics 2026

The 2026 edition of In-cosmetics Global was a live trade fair held in Paris between 14.04.2026 and 16.04.2026. It was attended by more than 1,000 exhibitors and 14,000 attendees. Over 250 new ingredients were presented during the event.
