COVID-19 Update Notice

The official dates for the 2023 edition of Labelexpo Europe have been selected. Organisers have opted for hosting the rendition between 11.09.2023 and 14.09.2023. The 2022 edition of the event has been cancelled after close consultations with the industry. The hosting site for the 2023 edition will be Brussels Expo in Belgium and the event will take place as a live exhibition. To ensure the safety of attendants, the venue will have a strict Covid-19 safety plan in place. This will include mandatory face masks for all participants. Also, all attendees over the age of 12 must show a Covid Safe Ticket (CST). The CST will be available for use after the holder of the ticket uploads 3G documents. This includes negative test results, vaccination passports and proof of recovery certificates. Because of Belgium's travel prohibitions, attendees will have to show the documents upon arrival in the country as well.

Labelexpo Europe is the international trade fair, where the trends and advancements in the field of package printing and label technology come alive in a supportive, inclusive business environment.

The event traces its roots back to 1980, when it first debuted as a place for supply and demand to meet and generate sales. Since those humble beginnings, Labelexpo Europe has grown to become a trendsetter and leader – it’s here that trends are created and brands break into new global markets.

The product portfolio extends to every part of the processing chain – drying machinery, adhesives, label design, inkjet printers, bar code printers, cutting tools, digital printers, engraving, lacquers, laser printers, plates, presses and stamping machines.

Labelexpo Europe lasts for four days in total and takes place in Brussels, Belgium. The trade fair usually happens in the month of September and editions arrive every two years. Tarsus Group Ltd. functions as the official organisation with the association of Labels & Labelling and FINAT.

The event is put together at Brussels Expo and only trade visitors are admitted. The working hours are from 10:00 am in the morning until 18:00 pm in the afternoon with the only exception being the last day, which wraps up at 16:00 pm.

Trade visitors have a lot of ways to reach Brussels Expo in terms of public transport. There’s a metro station by the exhibition grounds. You also have a choice in bus lines (14, 84 and 88) and tram lines (7, 3, 51 and 93) with stops all around the premises.

What Are People Saying?

“Labelexpo Europe 2019 was again a very busy show for H.B. Fuller and an excellent networking experience. The feedback we're still receiving is above our expectations and this year’s edition was particularly good in a couple of areas. It was great to meet our customers specially the ones we don’t get to meet with very often, such as key global contacts based outside of Europe,” - Melanie Ott, business manager Tapes and Labels, H.B. Fuller;

“This Labelexpo 2019 was better than ever for Valloy Incorporation. We enjoyed well located booth, eye-catching events and professionally organized system, except for bad weather. We could efficiently serve properly market-oriented visitors and we could now our specialty in cost effective digital migration,” - Juan Kim, CEO Valloy Incorporation;

“TSC Auto ID exhibited for the first time at Labelexpo 2019 and returns satisfied after a well organised event and successful participation. Our thermal printer portfolio is fitting well in the range of exhibitors which makes it easy to decide for further registration,” - Sabine Mayer, senior marketing manager EMEA, TSC Auto ID Technology EMEA
