The label and packaging industry's most extensive event
Labelexpo Europe is the international trade fair, where the trends and advancements in the field of package printing and label technology come alive in a supportive, inclusive business environment.
The event traces its roots back to 1980, when it first debuted as a place for supply and demand to meet and generate sales. Since those humble beginnings, Labelexpo Europe has grown to become a trendsetter and leader – it’s here that trends are created and brands break into new global markets.
The product portfolio extends to every part of the processing chain – drying machinery, adhesives, label design, inkjet printers, bar code printers, cutting tools, digital printers, engraving, lacquers, laser printers, plates, presses and stamping machines.
Labelexpo Europe 2023
The official dates for the 2023 edition of Labelexpo Europe have been selected. Organisers have opted for hosting the rendition between 11.09.2023 and 14.09.2023. The hosting site for the 2023 edition will be Brussels Expo in Belgium and the event will take place as a live exhibition. The venue will not have a strict Covid-19 safety plan in place. This is because of the removal of the country's pandemic-related restrictions.

Labelexpo Europe lasts for four days in total and takes place in Brussels, Belgium. The trade fair usually happens in the month of September and editions arrive every two years. Tarsus Group Ltd. functions as the official organisation with the association of Labels & Labelling and FINAT.
The event is put together at Brussels Expo and only trade visitors are admitted. The working hours are from 10:00 am until 18:00 pm, with the only exception being the last day, which wraps up at 16:00 pm.
Trade visitors have a lot of ways to reach Brussels Expo in terms of public transport. There’s a metro station by the exhibition grounds. You also have a choice in bus lines (14, 84 and 88) and tram lines (7, 3, 51 and 93) with stops all around the premises.
Labelexpo Europe has consistently been delivering in terms of economic promise. Exhibitors are more than empowered to grow their networks and generate sales leads at impressive rates. The last edition saw over 600 exhibitors showcase their products to an audience of close to 38,000 trade visitors. Labelexpo Europe is the place to make announcements and launch new products, because the interest is high in purchases and last year along saw 200 new product launches.
The audience that’s targeted includes brand owners, label and packaging designers, industry suppliers as well as printers and converters of labels, flexible packaging and folding cartons. Brazil, China, India and Japan are the markets with the biggest uptake in visitor numbers, but as a whole exhibitors gain access to the majority of markets in Europe. Trade visitors occupy top management positions and can make purchases or at least serve in an advisory position.
