Potato Europe 2024: September 11th – 12th; Villers Saint-Christophe, France
Potato Europe 2024 is the premier annual exhibition dedicated to the entire potato industry processing chain in Europe. Professionals from across the continent will gather to explore the latest advancements and innovations in potato cultivation and processing. This year’s event is going to break records in terms of size, which opens up even more avenues for exhibitors.
As a crucial platform for the potato industry, Potato Europe empowers exhibitors to connect with relevant buyers across different markets. The exhibition grounds will showcase a comprehensive lineup of products and solutions, including breeding and crop management, machinery for harvest preparation and storage, agricultural organization solutions, potato processing equipment, crop science and research.
One of the standout features of Potato Europe 2024 will be its dynamic demonstrations. Spanning 22 hectares, these demonstrations will highlight the latest machinery and techniques in real-world scenarios. This year, the demonstrations will feature three main sections: harvesting, reception/storage, and optical sorting. Visitors will have the opportunity to observe 29 demonstrations, including 13 harvesters from top manufacturers like AVR, Dewulf, Grimme, Pouchain, Ropa, and Agripoppe. Additionally, there will be five reception and sorting lines, two weeding machines, six mechanical tops destruction machines, and three optical sorting zones for both washed and unwashed potatoes.

Simac Tanning Tech 2024: September 17th – 19th; Milan, Italy
Milan will once again welcome the aggregated leather working sector – leather, footwear, and tanning industries as Simac Tanning Tech opens its doors. Simac Tanning Tech has solidified its reputation as a crucial platform for industry professionals to witness a wide variety of machinery in action. Attendees can observe firsthand the advanced technologies shaping the production processes of footwear, leather goods, and tanning.
The event coincides with several other significant fashion-related expos, creating a vibrant week of complementary events focused on finished fashion products such as footwear, leather, leather goods, and fur. These six other fairs include DaTe, Micam, Mipel, The One Milano, Lineapelle, and Homi Fashion&Jewels Exhibition. This synergy makes Milan the heartbeat of the fashion supply chain during this period, attracting a diverse and dynamic audience.
The numbers speak volumes about the success and growth of Simac Tanning Tech. The previous edition saw over 6,500 certified attendees, with approximately 40% of them being international visitors. The event also welcomed 20 international delegations supported by ITA-Agenzia. Compared to the last edition, there was a remarkable 37% increase in visitors and a 14% rise in exhibitors, brands, and institutions, showcasing the industry's robust recovery and innovation post-COVID.

This September, the digital marketing and tech world will meet again in person in Cologne for DMEXCO 2024, Europe’s most relevant event for digital business, marketing, and innovation. One of the standout features this year will be the inaugural DMEXCO CMO Summit, scheduled for September 19.
