Exhibitions in Stuttgart, Germany for Building & Construction

Stuttgart enjoys the reputation of being the financial centre of Germany, which leads to continued growth both in population and demands for more living and work space. In recent years, the city’s building and construction sector has had to keep busy and the result are several high-profile and futuristic office spaces, which embody the latest principles and technologies available to modern construction. We’re going to mention two new office buildings, spanning an impressive 62,000 square meters. Unmüssig BA2, a six-story structure, is set to become the headquarters for the esteemed health insurance company, Halleschen. Beyond its imposing façade and modern design, Unmüssig BA2 houses a subterranean parking facility with over 600 spaces that aligns with a forward-thinking mobility concept - a testament to Stuttgart's commitment to blending innovation with practicality. The adoption of cutting-edge construction methods, such as the ONADEK slab formwork, marks a pivotal aspect of these projects. Implemented by the renowned Züblin construction company, ONADEK showcased its prowess in providing a streamlined and efficient formwork solution. Jan Sebastian Schulten, Project Manager at Züblin, lauds ONADEK for its compact transport volume, swift assembly and cost-effectiveness compared to flex formwork or modular alternatives. The Unmüssig BA2 project demanded precision in constructing enclosure walls spanning two stories simultaneously. BATEK modular formwork, designed for single-side operation, rose to the challenge, showcasing the industry's commitment to innovation and adaptability. Reflecting on the Unmüssig BA2 construction site, Schulten expresses his intention to leverage ONADEK on future projects, highlighting its unique amalgamation of modular formwork advantages with the flexibility of traditional alternatives. This endorsement underscores the industry's inclination toward solutions that enhance efficiency without compromising on quality. The Unmüssig BA2 project emerges as a symbol of Stuttgart’s drive to push the boundaries of construction technology and create a landscape where innovation meets functionality.
