Second Home International's latest face-to-face edition will take place between 28.01.2023 and 29.01.2023. The hosting location for the live exposition will be the MEC Maastricht. The hosting venue, which is located in the Netherlands, will not feature the latest Covid-19 prevention measures. This is due to the removal of the related pandemic restrictions.

Spring 2022

The event was held as a face-to-face trade show in March 2022. It took place between 18.03.2022 and 20.03.2022. The venue was equipped with strict Covid-19 security measures, such as social distancing guidelines and the requirement for attendees to wear surgical masks. Over 8,100 attendants registered for the event.

Autumn 2022

Second Home International 2022 Autumn was held at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht in a face-to-face format without Covid-19 safety measures in place. This was due to the country removing the related domestic restrictions during the previous months. A total of 151 exhibitors from 28 nations attended the edition.
