bauma CONEXPO INDIA & COVID
After its postponement and then cancellation in 2021, organisers have set their sight on a new live edition of bauma CONEXPO INDIA in early 2023. The long pause is necessary for the pandemic curve to flatten and create the right conditions to hold the trade fair to its full potential. The decision comes after months of conversations with stakeholders. The new dates have been confirmed for January 31st – February 3rd in full compliance with government COVID-19 regulations. The India Expo Centre will feature comprehensive protective measures in place. Visitors are required to be masked and keep social distance at all times.
Introduction
First held in 2011, bauma CONEXPO INDIA joins a long lineage of respected trade fairs for the innovation and procurement in building and construction. The international trade fair is now at the centre of the Indian construction boom due to the country’s fast-paced modernization and demands for public infrastructure. Foreign exhibitors have an easy entry point into the Indian market as the trade fair has become the primary procurement platform in the subcontinent. One of the biggest draws for buyers is how comprehensive the product offers are. bauma CONEXPO INDIA is built on four pillars – construction sites, production of building materials, mining with raw material extraction and processing and component and service suppliers.
Logistics
