Motorcycle Live 2023

Motorcycle Live follows a strict annual schedule and arrives during the second half of November. The international bike show lasts for nine days in total and is based in Birmingham, UK. Editions are open to visitors from the public and professionals interested in buying new bikes and related gear. MCIA Events Ltd is the official organiser of the event in partnership with Bikesure Insurance and the NEC serves as the host for the duration of the event. Work hours are varied on the different days: from 09:00 am until 18:00 pm on the first two days, 10:00 am until 17:00 pm on the next five days, 09:00 am until 18:00 pm on Saturday and 09:00 am until 17:00 pm on the last Sunday. The NEC is situated right next door to Birmingham International Rail Station, which means there are multiple ways to get to the exhibition grounds without having to rent a car.

How come is Motorcycle Live regarded as the cream of the crop among two-wheeler circles in the UK? It all comes down to numbers. The bike show outshines everyone else in terms of attendance numbers – last edition registered over 104,000 bike enthusiasts and professionals who have gone through the exhibition halls to see the newest models from 46 leading bike manufacturers in the entire world. In addition, more than 220 exhibitors and retailers have their own stands selling not just parts and accessories, but also much needed gear. Part of the reason these numbers are so high has to do with how well Motorcycle Live inserts itself into biker culture. Visitors have a lot of interactivity with bikes, can see them at the top of their performance at the Moto-Cirque Arena and engage with professional racers face to face.

Motorcycle Live 2021

NEC Birmingham hosted the 2021 live edition of Motorcycle between 04.12.2021 and 12.12.2021. The hosting location featured the latest COVID-19 prevention measures. Among the implemented measures was the 3G entry policy. The 180 exhibitors and over 66,000 visitors had to present 3G documents before entry. These include negative test results, immunisation passports or proof of recovery.

Motorcycle Live 2022

The 2022 edition of Motorcycle Live was held as a live trade show between 19.11.2022 and 27.11.2022 in NEC Birmingham. The venue did not feature Covid-19 safety measures because of the UK removing its pandemic-related restrictions during the previous months. The edition feature around 90,000 visitors and over 50 exhibitor manufacturers, with over 650 of the visiting test-driving wares.
