SIAL America will be SIAL network's latest event calendar addition. It will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Centre and coincide with 2 other expos. The events are the International Pizza Expo and International Artisan Bakery Expo. SIAL America will act as the leading generalist large-scale trade show for the USA's F&B market. It will allow F&B manufacturers to network with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, importers, and exporters.
SIAL America 2024
SIAL America will occur between 19.03.2024 and 21.03.2024, at the Las Vegas Convention Centre. SIAL America's format will be face-to-face, without strict COVID-19 prevention measures in place. Travellers arriving in the country should note that due to the implemented travel limitations they will be asked to provide 3G entry documents such as negative test results. They will also have to provide an attestation confirming that they adhere to the USA's entry policies.

SIAL America 2022
SIAL America's inaugurating edition attracted more than 4,600 visitors from 60 countries. They attended approximately 700 official meetings to network with the over 750 exhibiting companies. The rendition took place in the Las Vegas Convention Center as a live exhibition with implemented Covid-19 safety measures. Small- or single-unit firm representatives comprised over 60% of the visitors.
SIAL America 2023
The second edition, which took place in the Las Vegas Convention Center from 28.03.2023 to 30.03.2023, featured more than 250 exhibitors from 60 countries. The event location did not include Covid-19 safety measures. This resulted from the country's decision to remove its domestic pandemic-related restrictions.
